I don't know if you've heard of The Vermont Country Store but I recently ordered birthday presents for my hubby from there. They have candy, games, toiletries, clothes, housewares and lots of Christmas stuff with a vintage focus. It was a real walk down memory lane for me.

Connie, I love all of your vintage Halloween posters!

Happy Halloween to those who like to celebrate it too! The weather down here is very warm again so it is going to be another hot day more like late Summer than mid-Fall. It makes for some hot kids wearing certain costumes!

Happy Halloween! We love the Vermont Country Store. I was just looking at their catalog yesterday. The candy makes great stocking stuffers.

Connie, I just love all these vintage holiday graphics that you find and share! That is me when I was little in the one above! Carving my own pumpkin face this morning in preparation for tomorrow. It is sort of magic how this big orange gourd becomes a funny face staring in the night on a porch!

I agree Winnie! Carving a Pumpkin was always the highlight of Halloween to me! I have never missed a year the last 43 years carving the Pumpkin. When I was a kid My step-dad would always buy the biggest one he could get! We got to get the seeds out and he always carved it. He grew up on the Farm and they always had a Pumpkin Patch so he loved Pumpkins!

Living here in the country, we have no Trick-or-treaters but I still carve one and keep it on the coffee table.

Farmgirl hugs! Connie

Love all these images! I was sick in bed on Halloween, so it wasn't much of a treat for me. Thanks for the holiday spirit, I needed it!

Happy Day!

What wonderful images! I just love Halloween! It is one of favourite holidays.

Connie, I'm with you, I love vintage anything! lol

Here is a sweet fall decoration from a house just down the street from me! I just had to stop and take a picture! I call it "Fall on Oak Street"

It's the first time I see their house decorated for fall. I like it!

Boo!
