Cheese from Loleta, I would like to send each of our SPG sisters some cheese for Christmas from our little Cheese factory here in Loleta.
I would like to know what flavors you like. Maryellen has had some and really enjoyed it so I thought it would be neat to send some to all of you so could you all please send me an email with your favorite cheese or ask to see if they have that flavor. I would like to know before Thanksgiving.

I just wanted to add that they don't make blue or Swiss cheese at the Cheese factory because of the bacteria they inject in to those cheeses to get the blue lines or holes.
They do sell it there though. If that is your favorite flavor let me know.

When you all say cheddar would that be flavored with cheddar and other things like Smokey, jalapeno, other, green chili, organic white Or other?

Thanks, I hope you do enjoy it. I am pretty happy with their cheese as well. My favorite there is one that is Havarti with herbs and dill.
I have 8 of you now.
