Just stopping by to wish all of you a very Happy Apple Pie Sunday! I've been reading over on the Chatroom all sorts of wonderful apple dishes people have been enjoying today. Just took my pie from the oven and it smells wonderful! All that cinnamon and sugar blended together. Yum!

Let us hear how your apple celebration is going today. What a perfect way to wind down September and move into beautiful October when the leaves really turn and the cooler temps roll in. I know I can't wait until Pumpkin season either. So many delicious ways to use pumpkin in both savory and sweet recipes. Plus it is good for you as well.

What a lovely pie Winnie! I'll be right over with vanilla ice cream and some cheddar cheese! Cheers!

It was so delicious that we ate half of the pie for dessert!!! Apple pie is my favorite and I am glad there is more for tomorrow. Hehehe, I am thinking breakfast might be the perfect time to have more with some cheddar cheese and my favorite pumpkin spice coffee. Protein and fruit? What's not perfect about that?? LOL!!

We had French Apple Pie, it was delectable! Probably about a zillion calories but who's counting! We also had an apple and sausage strata for brunch and apple squash soup for dinner. I'm still full! Glad Bonnie and Lily came home today to help with the leftovers!:)

Happy Day!
