| Winnie, I received the Apple box yesterday and WOW! So many lovely hand made things, I feel so honored. I will post a picture and more details tomorrow so everyone can enjoy these treasures, but I wanted to let you know it arrived safely, and thank you right away. I'm amazed! Your package went out this morning and Ruth yours will be in Mondays mail.
Hope everyone has sent theirs out now and hoping to see some pictures when things start arriving. I've enjoyed doing the swap.

It was better than Christmas morning a few minutes ago!! OH My, Amy, you sent me the apple swap of the century! It was full of little goodies all wrapped in red paper or the cutest apple paper and tied with red and green bows. Plus her 93 year old Mom made me the cutest fall decoration in a apple can with a big apple in it. Thank-you so much!! It has been 8 years since I received a gift from my 93 year old Mama! Priceless!! Check out all this FUN!
Amy called me the Apple Queen and so I have jeweled Apple and an apple necklace! Then there is the LED apple votive cute apple themed cards, notepad, and pencils, apple hand soap, local apple butter, apple stickers, Mom's apple arrangement, adorable apple measuring spoons, and a beautiful cross-stitched apple hand towel. It is all just beautiful and I am such a lucky Farmgirl today!!
Many, many thanks for spoiling me today with all this apple goodness. I had a blast opening everything up! What a perfect surprise on this rainy Saturday down here in Swampy Florida. We do rain down here like I've never seen in years!
Hehehe, I have to admit, Amy, Apple Queen has a bit of a ring to it!!

So glad you liked it Winnie! My mom used to do flowers all the time, and she really loved doing yours. I hope to get her to do more for swaps. Now, I'm a little delinquent in posting much photo of Winnie's amazing all homemade apple gifts. Here it is:
I have to say I feel so blessed to receive so many hand made goodies. The apple picking hat is my new fall fave (I'm a hat girl for sure), and the dish towel is so pretty-- is it an original design? There's an apple cozy, yummy hand crafted potpourri in a darling little box, a knitted apple (too clever!),and apple trimmed clothes pin which went right on my "inspiration board." Lastly but not least, home made apple crisp mix in a sweet apple print bag! Lily and I will make it next week after we go to the farm. I'm so grateful to receive the work of your hands (and heart)! |

Hi Amy, so glad you enjoyed my apple package to you! The dishtowel, knitted potpourri apple and hat are patterns I made up along with the Warm Apple Pie Coffee. The apple cozy was a pattern that I adjusted to look like an apple. I love to craft and making up patterns and creating is my favorite part of the process. Pure therapy! Complicated patterns and details of some projects can end up frustrating so I now avoid them in favor of simple and hopefully successful easier ideas! Am I showing my age again??? LOL!!
Next week, Lily will have to wear her apple apron and you your apple hat to go to the farm for apple picking! Be sure to take the apple cozy along to make sure you get some apples that fit inside it too. The cozy looks so cute by your desk all full of a delicious apple and perfect for eating instead of something sweet.

Thank You Denise for the wonderful package! I can't wait to make the apple muffins. I love the dishcloth and the notecards are so great along with all the other apple goodies. After turning 2 huge tubs of apples into applesauce the last few days I am seeing apples in my sleep.

Here is the great package Julie sent. I had to watch as my granddaughter was checking out those cute earrings, Julie! Lots of yummy goodies. I haven't done any apples yet except apple butter so maybe eating those will get me in gear. Thanks for swapping Julie. This was so much fun, I am looking forward to the pumpkin/harvest swap. PS the centerpiece was holding up the things for me  |

Finally home from my amazing trip to New England! So much fun, food and fellowship with family and friends, but good to be back in Georgia! I came home to some amazing goodies sent to me by Jessica. She made me the cutest apple wreath (that fits perfectly on our kitchen wall), and apple apron (I had said I didn't have one, but now I do :)!. An apple dishcloth, some homemade apple butter - yummy! Apple body cream, a wooden apple, some apple cider mix, Red binding and some pretty green ric rac. Caramel Apple Candy - yum! and an Apple with scripture - that will go on my fridge. And some homemade Apple Scone Mix. Thanks so much for a wonderful swap, I absolutely love it all and appreciate all the time and effort you put into it. Hugs, Ruth

| Sherry I sent you an email not sure if you got it please let me know. I sent it last night. I just got home from 22 days away. Ugh. The best part was going into the house and LOVING all the farmgirl mail!!! Sherry sent me beautiful apple décor for my home! I will post pictures later. Sherry did you really make the beautiful cloth tabletopper! I think you said it was a cloth dish drainer. It is beyond pretty. I already have it on the center of my table.
