Carole, I know your birthday card went out early, but I didn't want to be late! I have been holding onto those needles all summer waiting for your Birthday! It's so crazy around here these days!

I think being raised by Grandparents that lived thru the depression, I saw my Granny save things and I guess it stuck with me!!

Thank you for the darling cards and e-cards for Halloween.our church had a trunk and treat evening on Sunday. My husband called our trunk cool cats. We dressed up like cats and the kids could choose from 5 coloring pages. We had over 500 kids.

I received a package from Linda "Quiltee" today. A fabric panel with a large Eiffel Tower. She couldn't have pleased me more. I will make a wall hanging to go over twin bed in computer/guest room. Thanks Linda for gifting me something I'm crazy about.

Just want to drop by a bit and say thank you to all that send birthday wishes and gifts. I apologize if I'm a tad late. I have been ill since Sunday with food poisoning. Slowly recuperating. No Fun! But what is fun is receiving mail from my henhouse sisters.
