Hello everyone,
I would like to have your feedback on our henhouse.
If you could answer some questions and perhaps add your own insight, it would be much appreciated.
What is your vision for this henhouse?
Where do you see us going in the future?
What would you like to see taking place/happening?
What would you change or do differently?
What is/was your reason for wanting to belong to this henhouse? Have your expectations been met? If not, what could be done differently?
What do you like/enjoy about this henhouse?
How do you define your role as a member?
How do you define the role of the "head Honcho"?
Please take the time to reflect and provide some feedback. It's our house and all of us have a say so!
If you are uncomfortable answering on the forum, please e-mail me privately.
Thanks! |

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done. Philippians 4:6
Just follow God unquestioningly. Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.

I'm not sure whether we are suppose to respond on here, or to respond just to Carole (which I have already partially done), but I wanted to share my thoughts, to see if I am even on the right track, as I just joined....
I joined this group in search of a more intimate setting - one where I could be encouraged and encourage others. One where I could be inspired to spread my "chicken wings," and where I can inspire others in their creativity. One where I can learn and possibly share any knowledge I have gained through my children and experiences.
I enjoy crafting and working on projects, and really need to try to earn more badges, but sometimes I do not know where to start... I'm hoping this will be a place I can bounce off ideas, and get some feedback, both positive and negative. Learning and growing are important to me and a lifelong process.
As for any ideas - errrrrr - with just starting, I'm not sure what the normal is, so I'm tentative to answer that.... but I think I will share anyways. I think it is neat how on the main forum everyone is working on things for the jubilee.... in the same manner, I think it would be neat if someone would post what badge they are working on, and all those interested can start working towards it. I guess I envision doing things like a physical group would do, but we have to do it on our own and share pictures, since we are not all close together.
I guess in some ways this gives a sense of organization of what to work on, but also a sense of accountability and camaraderie. |

Thank you Shannon for providing your feedback. I would support everything that you said. Please feel free to start new topics on badges you are working or whatever you feel you want to share. No hard fast rules here! It is an unspoken understanding that everyone commits to their own level of comfort. Life happens!
Thank you again for your feedback. So glad you decided to join us! Cheers! |
