Ho, Ho Ho! Look what Santa brought me late yesterday evening! My swap from Ruth!! She made me the cutest stocking and filled it with some lovely warm socks, the cutest sock snowman ornament, handmade cinnamon orange/clove soap, a candle, kitchen list pad and some of her homemade chocolate covered peanuts!! Oh my, what fun I had checking out each little surprise. Thank-you Ruth for such a beautiful and thoughtful swap!

Hi Winnie, I received my wonderful package from you today also :)! This is the very first pair of hand knitted socks I have ever had...thank you so, so much! They are beautiful, can't wait to wear them :)! The Scotty Dog pin keep is the cutest, love it! The Christmas hanky is so pretty, and vintage. Then there is the little handmade magnets, Holly and a snowman - so cute. The pretty red "snowflake" that is either crocheted or tatted (I wish I could do these, but can't having tremors, but boy do I appreciate those that do make them and share with me :)! ) Thanks also for the tea and the candy, those will all be enjoyed by Dave and I. The purse size "Christmas Kleenex", wish I had that this morning when Dave and I went to lay Wreaths on Veterans graves at The Georgia National Cemetery! Very emotional, but a great blessing to honor our Veterans!
This was a great swap Winnie, and I so appreciate all the thought, time and love you put into my package!

Hi Ruth, I am so happy to learn that my package did arrive despite a small error in the address! I had fun knitting this christmas socks and I hope they fit well and you have fun with them! By the way, the little red snowflake was crocheted by me. I tried several colors of thread just for fun. This was indeed a very fun swap and I thank-you again for all of my treats!

Winnie, The Christmas socks fit great :)! Like I said before, those are the very first pair of hand knit socks I have ever had, and I so appreciate you making them just for me! Very SPECIAL! The red snowflake is perfect, as my favorite color is red....it just makes me happy! I think I have red touches in almost every room of our home, it's just "fun"!

The stocking is beautiful did you make it?
I am going to wear the socks tonight they are going to be so soft on my feet.

Glad to read that you received the box. Yes, I made the stocking, machine quilted it and all! I thought the socks were soft too. I almost bought a pair for myself! lol Never mind that they almost didn't make it in the box, DD was eying them for herself! lol

Sherry finally got on here, am so sorry it took me so long. Oh my where do I start with all the goodies, which you know me really well my sweet friend.
1. The stocking is so me, red with lace on it. Beautiful
