UPDATE On Brandy that was posted on the forum another farmgirl posted it.

I just heard on our local news in Cincinnati that Brandy's body has been found.
Cause of death was listed as blunt force trauma.
Prayers to this family continue.

I wanted to share this will all of you in case you had not seen it on the regular forum, Mary Jane Posted it.

We are so sad to hear that farmgirl Brandy Ogle Ward (bducky55) is one of the people missing in the Washington state mudslide. The Oso mudslide is one of the worst disasters ever in Washington state, with
14 people now known to be dead and 176 listed as missing. Brandy's husband, Timothy Ward, is one of five people being treated for injuries from the slide at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. He's listed in serious condition, and Brandy is listed as missing. Their home, which was directly in the path of the slide, was swept away.

Brandy took great pride in being a farmgirl, as you can see from this photo that she posted in January on my Facebook page with the following message:

MJ~look what my neighbor surprised me with!!!!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Brandy and husband Timothy and family.

Hugs,
Debbie

That is such a horrific tragedy. Those poor families .

I just got an email from Brian at the farm, no he is no relation to Brandy or her family at all.
I ask if they had an address where we could send cards, but they do not yet. They have emailed the family to try and get an address but has not heard from them yet.
If he gets one for them he will pass it on to us.
Hugs,
Debbie

I got an email from Brian at the farm with the following message from Brandy's Daughter. I guess Brandy's last name is Ward.

This is also posted on the regular forum.

Hi, I am Brandy's eldest daughter. I saw your message on her Facebook page. If you want to send cards, please send to me: 1301 main st Lynden wa 98264. Thank you. Also, if anyone is interested, a fund was set up to help my parents rebuild all that was lost:

Does this mean that Brandy is no longer missing? Thank you for getting information Debbie.
I was just reading the posts on the main forum and I saw where someone said she passed away. I do hope that information is wrong and that she has been found. Do you know anymore yet? Praying for all of them there.

Debbie, I am sorry to report that Brandy Ward's name was on our news today as one of the confirmed fatalities. Although expected, it is very sad news.

A prayer for all the families involved.

When there is nothing left but God, that is when you find out that God is all you need.

Heavenly Father, please bless all my friends in whatever it is that You know they may be needing this day! And may their life be full
of Your peace, prosperity and power as he/she seeks to have a closer relationship with You.
Amen.

Brandy is just one of many who have died. It is sad that she was a Farmgirl...but there are a lot of
Families mourning the loss of their loved ones too. IF anyone can contribute to these people rebuilding
their lives...that would be a really huge way to reach out and touch them with HOPE!

Love and Hugs,
Peggy
