Hello My Christmas Stocking Swappers!!!
Just a few simple rules so everyone is on the same page.
1. Stockings can be Handmade or Store Bought. If Store bought I suggest you embellish them a little to make them pretty.
2. Stocking size must be no smaller than 12 inches no bigger than 18 inches. This way nobody sends a big one and gets a little tiny one in return.
3. Sign-ups will be from now till the first week in November. Then Mama Hen will post partners. Mail Out will be The First Week In December! So, everyone can enjoy their Stocking...but you can open them when ever YOU decide.
4. When You Sign-Up here please list 6 things you LOVE to collect or would enjoy receiving.
5. Your Partner will choose at least 3 of your 6 items to include And then the rest is up to her choice.
6. Please also include whether or not you like Traditional, Religious, or a Mix of both.
OK Girls Lets Have Us A Fun Filled Stocking Swap!

Hi Peggy Count me in just one question? We take at least three things off the partners list and then we can fill the stocking with what ever we choose from there. We aren't just limited to six items are we? Thank you for hosting

Darlene...you choose 3 out of their list of 6...but then you buy or also make them what ever you want to fill their stocking up. If you can stuff 20 things in and wish to...it's all up to YOU.
JUST HAVE FUN WITH IT AND ENJOY GIRLS!!!!
hugs, Peggy

I'm in...list below, and thank you in advance Peggy! I prefer non-religious, vintage, ethnic primitive style
My six favorites need a caveat up front: due to asthma and allergies I do not have anything with fragrance in my home other than natural essential oil type products, so no perfumes, scented candles, etc., I only have unscented products.
Vintage "everything on Tammy's list"! Aprons Buttons, Ribbons, or other embellishment type of things Dark chocolate (allergic to cow's milk) Mystery books Handmade anything Baking accessories of any type That's seven, oh well! love, Rain

Oh Ruth, you will never really know just how close you came to receiving a live sheep in the mail! That seriously made up for my not-so-fun last hour renewing my Colorado chiropractic license online with a 250% "fee" increase. Thanks for the smile! hugs, Rain

All of you chickees are just so much fun, I love your sense of humors.
Okay here is my list;
I am vintage, country, primitive and some shabby chic thrown in.
I collect Vintage religious mass cards, holy cards and old Catholic treasures, like rosaries, medals things like that and Nativity Sets. I try to get a vintage Nativity set every year so I start looking early. As well as anything and everything Vintage Christmas.
I love vintage linens: aprons, tablecloths, state tea towels, dollies you get the idea. Vintage Angels. Vintage Sewing Items Vintage Samplers, I have a wall full but can never get enough of them. Vintage Buttons, Ribbons, Tins, postcards. Homemade treasures and surprises are wonderful as well. Oh I think I am like Rain and gave more then 6, okay I am finished now:-) Hugs to you all, Debbie

Hey everyone,
Just catching up here. Count me in. Love, love, love Yuletide/Christmas. I'm one of Santa's biggest fan! Heck, I still believe!
1. Prefer non religious theme - love vintage Santas 2. Things I love, anything primitive, teas, dark chocolate, vintage ornaments, vintage cookbooks, pretty much anything vintage, candles, trains, hand made soap, I think it's enough ..... ;)

Oh girls glad so many of you are signing up...we still need more...for THE MORE THE MERRIER!!!
And Once you start seeing the FUN ALL YOUR OTHER HENNIES ARE HAVING...YOU WILL BE SO SAD THAT YOU DIDN'T SIGN-UP!!! This is one of my Favorite Swaps of the entire year!!! I look forward to it every year on MJF. I started it 4 years ago...and then Beth took over and did it on the regular forums.
But once I became a Hennie I ask Mama...if we could do our own on here. This can become a Traditional Swap...and one that everyone will look forward to.
Love and Blessings, Peggy
