Saturday Hubby and I had a very wet farmer's market and were busy with the few brave souls that came out when someone came up behind me and said hi. Well, our henhouse mother was down from Ouray with her hubby. It was so good to see CJ, though it was way to wet and chilly to do much. It was a great surprise and she made my day.

Hey Laurie,
It was sooooooo totally fun to see you and Ed yesterday! I'm glad you were both there and that we were able to see you and have a short visit. We knew it would be short and sweet . . . which it was!
We LOVED the carrots! Bill sauteed them for supper to go with our Chipotle Chicken and homecanned green beans. AND, the apples and peaches are wonderful. Those little tomatoes were great for our lunch! Thank you! Thank you!!!
It WAS wet and chilly and I know those kind of days can be so discouraging for Farmers Market vendors. I hope you two did well in spite of it. THANKS AGAIN! I hope that our next visit can be longer!

CJ, I am glad that you and Bill were able to get away and to top it off visiting Laurie and her family :)

Hi CJ,
Sorry to hear that you got rained out, but if I know you, you made the best of it and of course still had a great time. Anytime spent away with out DH's is a great thing!
Glad you got to spend a little time with Laurie and her DH too!

So happy that you were an CJ got to at least spend a little time together. It's always fun getting together with our farmgirl sisters! Hope you did well at the farmers market despite the wet and chilly weather!
