What a fast 2 weeks, my niece Andrea leaves tomorrow and there is so much more I wanted to do while she was here. I wonder where the 2 weeks went!.
We absolutely loved having her here, she has been so much fun and just a joy. But, she must get back to her life and school, she will have a very busy and memorable year with graduating from high school and choosing a college. I hope she will be accepted and choose the college here close to us, Colorado School of Mines, in Golden CO.
Now for some exciting news (I think) that I wish to share with all of you. Having a teenage girl in the house must be just what I needed, I lost almost 10 pounds and dropped one pant size. Hurray! I wasn't even trying, but being so active and busy everyday and not eating as much must have helped. I have a bit more weight to loose so I will keep at it.
Oh, I will miss this girl!
