Hi Girls, I just spoke to Debbie and she asked me to post a quick note letting you know that they have a big snowstorm going on today and she has no internet service right now. She'll be back in touch as soon as she can :)

Have a great day and Happy Mothers Day to all,

Tammy

I thought it was odd when I emailed her and hadn't heard anything back today. She is always on top of things. Thanks for letting us know. Keeping Debbie in prayer.

Wow! A snowstorm in May! And here I was complaining of a snowstorm we had in the middle of April! Must be pretty though! Hum.... I wonder if it's snowman/snowball sticky snow? Those are the best! Cheers! Or would that be "got ya"!

Tammy thank you for letting us know that our head hen is ok. That is if you don't consider a blizzard ok. I too have had shorts on today. Washing windows and curtains. Debbie so glad your back on line. Will text or call about questions you asked. My email still is not being good to me. Hope you get pretty weather soon.

This is our 3rd snow storm in less than 2 weeks and it is a heavy wet snow. But, we need it so bad as we are still under a drought, and with so many huge wildland fires here last year we really need the moisture. But, the sun is out today, we will get more rain, then beautiful for Mother's Day then more rain and snow coming in next week. But, we are so grateful here, it has snowed in June here before so we are use to it. We live 9000 ft up at the foot hills of Pikes Peak mountains which is 14,000 feet, Pikes Peak got almost 20", we love it. Although I will admit I am ready for Spring, but we do have 360 days a year of sun, which does melt the snow fast so it is hard to complain.
Glad to have my internet back though as I miss all of you when I do not have contact.
Hugs,
Debbie

Thanks for checking in Debbie! Did you get a change to make snow people?! Snowball fight?! ;o) I read you about the need for rain. It has not been a wet April here Northern NY. Cold but not wet. That may change soon! Enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature! Cheers!

I am glad you got some more wet snow to help your draught but I guess you need more. Well I hope your Mother's Day is more like Spring and you can have a picnic or something like that.
I am glad you are back on the web.
We miss you out there.
hugs
