We are home! What a wonderful, fabulous farmgirl trip Marilyn and I had. We were welcomed by Rain, Laurie, Wyatt and CJ with the biggest farmgirl hugs, everyone made us feel right at home. Hubby's and animal families welcomed us too, which was awesome. Boy, did we eat well, everyone is such a wonderful cook and we ate healthy, tasteful food, some things I had never had before but it was all so delicious. We will be waiting for recipes from Rain, Laurie and CJ.
We were kissed by a Llama, sassed by a parrot and had hugs from dogs and cats, now you just can not beat that!
Girls Wyatt is such a sweetie, always laughing and I wanted to bring him home with me so bad, funny though Laurie would not let me. But, I am so thankful that I was able to hold him, love on him and give him my best farmgirl hugs.
So, happy to meet with all of you and we can not wait to see all of you again one day. Thank you to Bill and Gary for welcoming us into their home with open arms you two are the best as well.
Marilyn was an awesome traveling companion, always smiling and happy, can not wait for our next trip together, thank you Marilyn for everything.
CJ, will be posting pictures for me later.
If any of you are ever in our neck of the woods, come see us our doors will always be open.

Hugs,
Debbie

Hi Debbie and Marilyn,
It was just a pleasure to have you both here for way too short of a visit! And Debbie, thank you so much for the vintage hankie with my initial on it...it is lovely and such a nice thought. I am using all the digital images in a photo editing class I am taking right now and will post an album soon. You all are welcome back any time!
Recipes to follow.
Rain
PS I for one am REALLY happy Laurie did not let you take Wyatt so I can still see him lots!!!! I have a fabulous "Watch Wyatt grow" scrapbook in process as he is growing like a weed, just like he should be. Although with the rain/snow the last two days the weeds are looking mighty healthy right about now.
pps: Tammy...LOVED your scrap card books, what do I call them?? Amazing!

My answer is still no, you can't take my son home, but it was so much fun to see you both. Hopefully next time we will have more hours to hang together and play. It was great getting to meet you both.

This was a great trip. Meeting farmgirls always just amaze me. You think you know how wonderful they are then you meet them and they surpass all expectations. That is what happened on our trip. I am looking forward to seeing everyone again. But I also want to meet everyone else. we have the greatest henhouse and our mother hen does a lot for us.

Thank you again for taking time out of your life to share with us. (And the food was really good).

Now, in the very first picture of all of us with Marilyn and her bright yellow beautiful purse, I was napping a bit as we still had a long day ahead of farmgirl fun and I needed to keep up with the other Hens:-)
Yes, as Marilyn said the food was awesome everywhere we went, now don't laugh but I lost 4 pounds on the trip as I was eating healthy. Woo Hoo!!!!!!!!!! Now how does a farmgirl lose weight on vacation? By eating at Rains, CJ's/Bills, thank you Hens I owe you one!
Can not wait for all the wonderful recipes, so I can continue eating healthy.
Hugs,
Debbie

So I had to resort to those ones from the store...not the same at all!! One of these days I'm gonna do it. Yes, we gotta put our order in for Sharon's!!!! WE JUST GOTTA!!!!
