Thank you Linda and Gals for the Get Well Wishes. Marlee thank you so much for the beautiful bookmark (I love it), it arrived a couple of days after a very rough week.
I have been home from the hospital a little over a week and have had a lot of pain issues and stomach issues we and the doctors are trying to deal with. With a loss of appetite and over 6 pounds I am very weak with little energy which does not help the recuperation process. But, we believe we have found the culprit of my problems (side effects of a pain med) so we are now trying something new. Things are a bit better and I continue to improve, tomorrow the staples come out, hip, hip, hurray.
