I was wondering if anyone would want to do a Recipe Fall Swap among our Scattered Prairie Gals?
Thought perhaps maybe if we wanted we could do a Recipe and a little fall gift that would remind us of fall and our Scattered Prairie Gals. Maybe swapping something related to our state, what do y'all think?
If any of you are like me I love fall it is a wonderful time of year and one of my favorite seasons.
Let me know what you think.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Debbie
Okay ladies here are the partner.

Debbie and Marlene and Brenda
Linda and Melody
We had 5 girls so that is why I have chosen to have 2 partners.

This will be fun, contact your partner to make sure you have current addresses. Mail out at your leisure, no stress.

Thank you ladies.

Debbie, count me in! Sounds fun and boy I cant wait for fall!! Enough with the heat. Poor Brenda, their air went out yesterday and its been miserable for her!! Hopefully it can get fixed today. I would love to exchange recipes and maybe a card or Atc or bookmark? What do you think we could do for a small gift? Blessings, linda

Linda, I do not know, I was just thinking something very small related to the town or state we live in. Bookmark is good, or a fall magnet or something on that order relating to our individual state.

Debbie

I would also like to participate! You will have to have "kindergarten" directions because I'm a little dense at times. :P

I hear what your saying Melody, If it's not totally explained than its a sure thing I'll mess it up. I use to love cookin and baking, but anymore there's time I could go with out a kitchen. Seems like everything I try to do, I flub it up. But I'll sure try some new ones and cross my fingers.

Debbie, the magnets would be fun! What does everybody think? I think both walmart and walgreens have inexpensive state related souvenir magnets. Would be fun! Blessings, linda

Oh good, I am glad you like the idea, keeps it simple, inexpensive but a lot of fun I think. I hope more will join the swap.
Let's keep it open for awhile what do you think Linda? Then we can match partners, and let the fun begin.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Debbie

Hi Brenda, yes we will have partners to swap with, I just wanted to give it a few more days to see if we get more to sign up. No deadlines, no pressure, very simple, when you get your partner you can mail whenever you are ready. A nice fall recipe and a magnet from your home state or what ever little gift you would like to add. We could get our partners by Monday, if that is agreeable with everyone
Hope this helps.

Debbie

Yes, I sure can use the bookmark Brenda, seems there is never one around when I need one. Yours is special and I will think of you every time I use it. So, sorry I forgot to mention it, my poor mind in going in a million other directions, thinking of my surgery Monday:-( I do not care how old I am or how many surgeries I have had it is always scarey and a worry for me. What a baby I am:-)

Debbie

Oh Debbie, I think we all feel that way before surgery. Last year I was to have back surgery and the girls here on MJF helped me to relax. Linda was the one I talked to everyday and I knew her prayers were going out and she was there for me. No matter what, she'd ease me through the jitters. All will be find my dear friend. Prayers from all of us will be coming your way. Just put a picture in your mind of all us little wacky farmgirls waiting to hear back from you and it will put a smile on your face and peace in your heart. Take care, enjoy your weekend. Hugs,Brenda Have someone let us know how your doing, if possible.
