I wasn't sure if anyone in the Denver area might be interested in apples or peaches. The BF makes a run to that side of the mountains and is planning a run next week. He doesn't come into Denver, but cuts up through Golden to go to Boulder so you'd have to meet him out there if you wanted some.

If you do, send me an email and I'll get you hooked up with him.

Thanks for the offer but I'm afraid driving to Boulder for fruit from Las Cruces is a bit much. Just kidding - we have been taking care of a friends garden all summer and if I never see another apple - hooray. My freezer is full of bags of apples and apricots. I've canned enough applesauce for the next ten years. Anyway have a great week.

Good for you Rusty. Well, I did say in the Denver area. hehe. Peaches are a big hit and I swung some peach BBQ sauce yesterday morning. It's yummy!

I'd love to get some of the fruit but I'm going to be out of town. Darn! I'm only about 20 minutes from Golden. Thanks for sharing this anyway. How did you find out about this?
