Hey y'all,
This summer heat is making me very cranky. It would be great to meet up for a cold glass of sweet tea somewhere.
It's probably too hot to walk around at Old Town Spring (4 blocks of cute cottages filled with goodies to buy). Perhaps we can meet there in the Fall.
In Winnie, there's Larry's Antique Mall/Flea Market the weekend after the first Monday. There's also Al-T's restaurant....great seafood.
Or.....let's get TexMex at a local Houston Pappasito's.

Hey, am I intruding? I am not far to Humble, is there room for one more.? If this is private between you two, please forgive me and ignore me. I have been looking for a farmgirl or girls to get together with. Thanks for letting me butt in! Farmgirl #946 Linda |

Hey Amy and Linda!
Linda, you are not intruding. Farmgirl meetups are for everyone! There are never too many new friends.
Let's go ahead and pick the Humble Pappasito's. Now, how about day and time?
I met with some farmgirls a few months ago and Sunday afternoon seemed to work best. I am also good with Saturdays. I'm figuring around 2:00pm to miss the lunch crowd and also have time to get home for evening chores/feedings, etc....
If we did a weeknight, it would probably have to be after 6:00pm.
Let's pass the word around through this weekend and then we'll set a date.
I'm so excited!!
Blessings Catherine

Great!! Sunday afternoon is fine with me. Just let me know. I am not working so I really can do just about anytime or day, just have to plan it. Exciting! Willing and Ready! I am so tired of all this rain and how wet everything is, and there is still more to come with whats sitting out in the gulf. Farmgirl#946 Have a great day! Linda |
