Linda, Do we have to do all the sugestions for beginners or just one? I'm not sure what I'm suppose to do! What are all of you doing to get your badge?
Hugs, Brenda

Brenda, Do all parts of each level. You can apply for each level at a time when completed, or apply when each level is completed all at once. I just applied for the beginning level so far. Now I am working on next level. Linda

How are we doing on the shopping/cleaning green badges? I want to start the cleaning part of mine. My daughter and I share an apt. She is not huge on 'green' cleaners. Does not think they work well. Sooo, will get some for my own use and see what works best! Lol!Enjoy the day! Linda

I have my beginning shopping green badge. I am working on gradually going over to using more "green" cleaners. I stopped by the local health store an picked up some shampoo, dishwasher tablets, and dishwashing liguid. But I am going to try to use the dishwasher less this summer since it is just my husband and I this summer. I try to use the clothesline but I don't put alot of my clothes out because of the wind we have. I mostly put out linens, towels, and our underwear.

Ok I'm in the researching phase of green cleaners and detergents, I also learned to crochet last week, so I'm making a bunch of new reusable cleaning cloths to practice my stitches. That will also count for my beginner level crochet badge! Yay! I have also started a green journal of recipes and ideas! And I have fabric from my stash picked out to make some shopping bags! I'm so excited, I have wanted to do this for so long! Hugs!

I know full well that joy is in the small things....Farmgirl #1473
