Happy fall to all! This week in Idaho it's looking like we're in for perfect early fall weather—not a drop of rain in sight and the leaves on our trees have just started to turn golden. What a perfect time to start another Mail Art Swap. 
If this is your first time signing up for Mail Art, please visit the topic Farmgirl Mail Art to read our guidelines.
For November Mail Art, please leave a comment on this thread stating you'd like to join in. Sign-up is available through October 15th. If your comment appears after you've posted it, that means you're on the roster.
The theme for this month is "Bonfire". If you feel like following your own theme, I whole-heartedly encourage you to create to whatever theme feels right!
I’ll send an email with your partner to you by October 17th. Please send your Mail Art before NOVEMBER 30th, and be sure to include enough postage for your Mail Art to reach its destination.
Please post a comment on this thread once you receive your mail art to let your sender know you've received their art. If you can add a picture, I’d love to see your mail art!

I received my mail art today!! BEST PART: It was delivered in person. Cindy / Aussie Chick and I met for a coffee date at Tumala Coffee Company and chatted the afternoon away. She surprised me with hand delivering my Oct/Nov bonfire mail art in person. She created a fantastic bonfire card, created from actual fallen leaves which appear to be triple layered which created the three dimensional appearance of fire. Really creative and beautiful. (darn it all, the center top leaf broke in transit on my way home) Still so beautiful. She accompanied my hand made card with a smores kit, marshmellows, mulling spices and an amazing scented "glamping" soy candle created here by a local artisan. Thank you, Cindy, for spoiling me and creating such a sweet bonfire package, looking forward to sharing the bonfire experience with all my boys. Coffee was esquisite and I always love spending time with you - you are a beautiful soul! So grateful to Mary Jane for making this world a little smaller and uniting us from across the seas. Seems so surreal that we are now right down the road from each other now... looking forward to future coffee dates with you!

I received a beautiful parcel of goodies from Karen today. I was overwhelmed by the creative expertise exuding from the box. There are recipe cards, handmade gift tags, a festive nail file, some yummy hot chocolate, a journal and a note pad, a cute little snowman, and a framed fireplace scene to emit warmth on these wintery days. Karen, you put so much thought into each element of the gift - I am so grateul!!

Cindy, I’m so glad it arrived safely…like I said…the bonfire theme was pushed a bit…but to that cute little mouse in the corner, it could be a bone fire! Lol
