Ladies---I could never make fudge my entire life---although my hubby was an excellent candy maker. So---I saw this recipe for kids in my newspaper and tried it---hubby says it is the best fudge he has ever had. I agree---here is my easy recipe from the kiddy page----one and one half cups sugar----one tablespoon butter----one half cup evaporated milk---two cups miniature marshmallows---twelve ounce package of semi sweet chocolate---one cup nuts of your choice and one teaspoon of vanilla. Put the sugar, butter and milk in a pot and bring it to a boil. Stir in the marshmallows and the chocolate chips. Last of all stir in the nuts and vanilla. Put in an eight inch pan and cool. This is so easy and GOOD.

Barbara that sounds like Rocky Road fudge! Sounds delicious! I don't do chocolate much but my husband loves fudge and rocky road so I'm sure he'd love this. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing, Barbara, I LOVE LOVE LOVE fudge but it's been one thing I've never been able to perfect either! Will be trying your recipe!!
