black berries today. I found a quart and a half so far. Hoping to get enough juice for a batch of jelly.

Froze broccoli and cauliflower yesterday. Canned beans. Picked my first 2 tomatoes. They will go in the freezer until I get enough to make sauce.

In the last week I put blackberries and shredded zucchini in the freezer. I'm also hoping to get enough to make jelly. Shredded zucchini for bread when cooler temperatures arrive.

I froze the extra shredded zucchini I had left over from making bread. My favorite recipe calls for 2 cups, so I froze them in 2 cups each so I can make more bread this winter.
