Me, too, Judith. And I agree about the Olympics. Fortunately, I have a tv in my sewing room, but we have been staying up so late in Texas watching olympic events that we don't get up until mid morning. LOL!

Covid got us in the habit of staying up till early hours and sleeping in till 10;30 and it seemed the things I wanted to watch were on in the wee small hours. I'm not really crazy about most team sports but I really enjoyed rugby.

I agree on that count, too, Judith. Since we've been retired and since COVID hit last year, late nights and sleeping late seemed to be the norm for us. We're hoping to get back into a better routine when Olympics are over.

We need to have our own retreat. Every sewing retreat I've gone to had other participants dragging me out of the sewing room at 10pm so they could go to bed.

I put on quilt retreats for 7 years at the Benedicting retreat center in Twin Falls, ID. Accommodations were terrific, food was awesome and I kept the work room open all night for the night owls. If you're serious, take a look also at Grammy G's creekside retreat house in Palouse, WA.

Woo Hoo Wanda Sue . . . I've just been reading a great book "Tears of Amber" where the mother of a family fleeing Prussia during WWII is named Wanda. And she tells the children stories about Wanda the Warrior Goddess she was named after who led her people from persecution . . . interesting . . . Anyway, glad to partner with you. Please send me your mailing address by email. Your package will be in the mail this week. One more goodie to make, but I needed to know my partner's name for that one. So will get it done hopefully tomorrow.
