Holy Batman farmgirls. Halloween is only a month away. It has been a few years and after much thought, I have decided to bring back the Trick or Treat Halloween bag swap. Sherry Buck better known as sweettea58 has agreed to be my co-hostess for this swap since my month is very hectic. We have a lot of new ladies on the forum so I will list the rules.
For this swap you must make a trick or treat bag in any medium.
Than the fun part starts, you fill the bag with farm girl treats. A few examples would be a few fun fall recipes, a couple of tea bags, some fun paper crafting supplies, a piece of fabric, ribbon etc. anything you think a farm girl would like.
Sign ups will go through October 7th and mail out will be No later than October 21st. Partners will be posted October 8th.
We have an odd number for sign-ups so this will be a round robin swap. Remember ladies the person you are sending to is not the person you will receive from. You will give your address to one person and request an address from someone else.

Julie, I read that you said any medium, I did not sew a bag, I upcycled something to Hold goodies! Just in case someone wanted a Fabric bag. I saw one person requested a bag. I didnt want to disappoint anyone.

Today's the day for partners to be posted. Can't wait to see who I got.
The pattern I am using is not written very well. Hard to tell what the person means to do. I'm glad I can sew, because I think I can figure it out by looking at the pictures. Otherwise I will just make it my own way.

Connie, you would never disappoint a partner. Your packages are always spooktacular. I am combining soybeans right now (auto-steer is a good thing) but will work on the partner list as I have time this afternoon. I should have them posted by this evening. Thanks for your patience ladies.

Julie - no rush - I'm almost ready to mail when the list comes out. Just need one more something to put in the bag.
Connie - you always make great swap items. The diversity of what people make is what makes these swaps so much fun. MJF farm girls have very neat and diverse skill sets - promoting interesting ideas for the swaps.
I love that picture, Connie.
I figured out the online bag pattern - her nomenclature was not kosher. LOL! So the bag is DONE! I'm going to make me one, too - I will use it for shopping or maybe a purse.

Connie I do not sew. I did not make my bag, the one I have will be decorated and will be great. I can not wait for my partner.
