 ISN'T it funny how we all seem to like the change of seasons? I think as many of you that I love Fall best, but will I say the same when spring comes? Probably. Anyway put this together a few days ago for the back door and I have one for the front, but very different. I will post a picture of that one soon.
Been busy Fall cleaning, changing things around, etc. Seem to have a lot of extra energy. Also been reading so many good books and started a winter afghan, which I don't need, but can't sit down and not be doing something, unless I'm really tired or sick.

Nancy Jo your wreath is beautiful. Love the colors and American flag in the center. Fall has been my favorite time of the year since childhood. Still remember playing outside and feeling that crisp fall breeze on my face. Gotta love the fall.

Thanks Sara. Yes I too remember playing in the leaves when I was growing up on the farm. It was always so exciting to come home from school and see that Grandpa had raked up a huge pile for me to jump into.

Beautiful wreath, Nancy Jo!! I too love Fall the best because it has so many wonderful childhood memories attached to it and the long hot summers just make me so weary and grumpy. There is something so engaging and happy about getting outside in cooler weather and watching the world turn the page of the year and bring about an entire new way of living again!!

Nancy, your wreath is beautiful. I agree I love fall the most, but I tend to find myself excited for all other seasons as they begin to approach. I think the start off fall just means so much more. It means the holidays are coming, family get togethers are coming, the pretty decorations are due to be hung, the cozy warm blankets and clothes can come out, and the tasty food can be made. I think fall gives more of a feeling that we grow to love more than anything.
