Oh Michele, that is so Kool!
I have -0- knitting skills and barely -1- crocheting skills,, wash cloths and neck scarves are all I can do...

SO, I wanted a knitted/crochet deco pillow for our RV,, and came across a lovely cashmere sweater at the local Thrift,, bought it, took it home, washed it, cut it apart and reconstructed it into a pillow cover...

But, how awesome to create yours from your very own home spun wool!

Looks nice and soft and I like the buttons. Is the wool from your own animals?
I'm like Grace; no knitting and can only crochet hats, scarves , and baby blankets. I can't follow a pattern cuz my mind wanders too much.

Your pillowcase looks beautiful Michele. Your wool is beautiful and a great way to remember Jack (the sheep the wool came from).

Just goofing around on yucky windy day… and decided to see what is in my scrap pile of fabric…
Ended up making a large mug rug for a dear gal-pal how just started expanding her horizons, got a small glamp-trailer and also taking classes at the local quilt shop… she is embracing her retirement.. so I had just enough left over MJF fabric in this color sequence and quilted this for her..

Oops! Forgot… only the trailer fabric is from MJF… the sunflowers and the green swirl fabric are scraps from other designers.
Also the back side is is MJF fabric.

Ok, last little wee project…
I did an easy- peasy mini quilt in a St.Patricks Day theme…

Several years ago there was a small group of us that made mini quilts-swap..
St.Pats Day and Easter are the only 2 we never got around to making.. sew… now I have a St.Patricks Day mini… next month I will work on a little Easter one…

Love your projects Grace! Hopefully one day soon I can have a sewing day. My scrap tote is going to pop the lid soon - time to do something with some of them LOL! I like your mug rug idea. I bet scrappy pot holders would be cute as well.
