Guess I might as well get the spring cleaning done upstairs. This was my two girls room when they lived at home. I washed the two redwork quilts and the curtains, and the bedspreads and the sheets. Not sure why I did the sheets, but I did. Guess I'm ready in case the Queen or the President stop by for the night. My Grandma used to tell me, you have to get up early in the morning and get your work done because you never know what the day will bring. Boy she was right on that advise.
Soooooo just here at home like most of the Country. Just put a pot roast in the oven, and making some Banana muffins. Then read read read.

Beautiful room Nancy Jo.

I always get my chores done in the mornings too. Then I can relax and read or stitch in the afternoon.

I put some granola cereal together and now it's in the oven. Making the house smell so good!

The girls room looks so warm and inviting! I'm sure they have some very happy memories about that room. Dinner sounds delicious. Enjoy your reading time.

Your room is just the loveliest.

Even on shut-down, I like to be the first one up and moving around. It’s so much easier to get stuff done when nobody is underfoot.
