I guess you would would call this more like "this is where my sewing machine is". I can do a really nice straight stitch and put together blocks for quilts and make pillows but that's about it. So I envy you girls that can whip up aprons and skirts and all kinds of stuff.
Been reading my new books, all good so far. I posted a picture of them here last week.
Denise, you will love "Especially Father" by Gladys Taber. I saw where you are getting it.
Heavy winds here today, and rain. staying in and making a meat loaf with mushroom gravy and mashed Potatoes.
Well off I go.

Nancy Jo,
I love the way you decorate your sewing room. I have moved my sewing things to a bigger room. I have given my daughter and granddaughter a couple of my machines and as soon as I get my mom's working in good order again I will be working on some quilts. I look forward to reading anything by Gladys Taber. I really enjoy her books when I can find them.
We had those winds last night and this morning. Thankfully they have let up.
Your meal sounds yummy and a good one for a day like today!

My craft room is a big pile of inspiration, Lol! This is dreamy, Nancy Jo! We've had lots of wind, as well, and are currently under a winter storm advisory! I'm hoping for lots of snow!

Nancy, I love how you are able to organize your spaces with the treasures you have! You have a real talent for making lots of unrelated items all fit together to create useable spaces that feel cozy but not junked up! I would love to come visit you and see it how you put things all together.
