Thank you! Mary Jane! I received my cast Iron Cooking Cookbook! I love it! I too come from generations of cast iron cookers! I love how you have instructions on how to take care and restore your cast iron! The recipes are wonderful!
I took it with me to the Dr. to read in the waiting room and before I left I had several conversations about you, and what is Mary Jane's Farm and such excitement about your book! from my Dr. also! She loves Jersey Cows too!!

I love my cast iron skillets and muffin pans. I baked an apple pie using MaryJanes recipe and it was delicious and beautiful.

Isn't it great! I love Mary Jane's cookbooks. In my book, that's how a cookbook should look. I love the pictures, the recipes and stories. Enjoy

My Windy Pines cousin Michele gave me this cookbook last year. I made almost every recipe in it and love using my cast iron pan. It is surprising how much better food tastes when using cast iron!

Keep cooking, baking and showing us what you made!
