It's time for our annual dairy swap again!!! The only requirements are a hand written recipe that uses at least one dairy ingredient and a cow something or other. It can be purchased or homemade.

Vicki, I sent you an email correcting the previous one. I need your mailing information not the other way around. I always get tripped up for some reason on the Round Robin exchanges but I got it figured out now!! Sorry for all the confusion!!

WooHoo, a herd of Cow goodies arrived at my door this afternoon from Heather's Herd in Ohio!! What a wonderful box of surprises!!Thank-you Heather for that darling Cow apron, lots of cute and interesting National Dairy Assoc. information goodies and fun things like cow erasers and pencils, and a pair of His and Her's cow mugs, which Warren was pleased that there was a boy mug for him too!! I had so much fun unwrapping all these goodies and plan to use the mugs tomorrow morning for coffee!! Your easy casserole recipe looks yummy and would be a great dish to take to a potluck dinner as well!
I love that darling card you sent too!! Thank-you for hosting this fun swap every year. It is always fun to learn about dairy farms and see and hear the stories you and others share.
WE have some Vanilla Ice Cream in the freezer thanks to dedicated farmers like you down here in the South!!

Julie thank you for the wonderful package of goodies for the dairy swap! I love the dairy angel socks, postcards and the little credit card purse full of bottle caps..how cute is that cow fabric? And the Kuchen recipe will be treasured. We have a relative on my Mom's German side of the family who was known for her Kuchen but nobody has a recipe. So this will be a nice addition to my recipe collection in her honor! Thanks for a super fun swap! And thanks again to Heather for hosting us this year!
