With the early summer months upon us, some of us may not be able to get away for a mini vacation for one reason or another. I thought it may be fun to have a "staycation" swap. You would create a small package for your partner with 3-5 local little gifts from your home town to send and share. This could be a local magazine, local post cards that shares the beautiful scenery or historical landmarks of your area, soaps, foods, coffees, honey, t-shirt, or any local little gift items you think your partner may enjoy if she was to visit you in your home town and purchase to take home with her!
Also, local hotels and/or a visitor center will offer free brochures on local attractions and visitor guides which are fun to read and provide photos, articles about the local area.
This is not meant to be expensive, just a fun swap to experience a mini trip to another farmgirls corner of the world with out going anywhere!
Also, please consider the flat rate boxes at the Post Office to save in shipping costs should any of your items be a little heavy to send.
Sign ups through May 24th.
Mail out by June 15th.
If you're unable to follow through for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible prior to the mail out date.

Hi April, Please count me in on this. I’ve been away from Florida for about a month and just got home yesterday. I am so glad to be home but I will leave again for a month the end of May, so I am happy for this brief staycation. Sounds like so much fun. Thanks.
