Let's get those UFOs off our sewing tables, sofas, kitchen tables and out of the closets.

Let's get a fresh start on 2018 and get some more UFO's finished.
The first step towards fixing a problem is admitting there is one. So here I go: I have containers full of started, partly finished, almost finished and planned projects. Many of them are in a storage locker that costs $65 per month. I know I am not the only one!

So here we go. In 2019, I AM for sure this time going to get a handle on my UFO's by acknowledging their existence, organizing them, finishing some of them and hopefully won't add to the list of UFO's. I wish us all luck. I know I will need the help and support of all you fine ladies in this daunting project.

Wow, Debbie! Down to only 3 left. I should go and count I suppose, or make a list at least of what is left. Again this year I am working on my Master Spinner course Level 2 and that has to be my priority. But I always like to have something that can travel with me to do while waiting and quite a few of my UFOs are easily portable, which should help with the getting them finished. Good luck everyone!!

I'd love to sign up if possible? I've had several sewing projects ( half started)that have been sitting in my sewing basket since late 2017!!! Maybe inspiration and motivation from everyone else will help!

Sign me up! I am hand quilting a Grandmothers Garden quilt and my mother-in-law asked me to replace puff sleeves with 3/4 sleeves on a blouse, plus a summer blouse of mine that needs re-working.

Way to go o go Dianna! You are rocking it already!

I have made my list of things I know of for sure. Tomorrow I will go through my drawers and make sure everything is written down. So far my list is smaller than last year which is a plus! My goal is not add anymore this year and to finish at least half. Fingers crossed!

Thank you Jill!!! I actually eco printed on calico this summer and have a lot of fabric prints to make these utility aprons. Also eco dyed for colors on fabric which turned out gorgeous! Made some paper cards too! So in love with the process AND results!!

Awesome Dianna!

I finished cleaning out my sewing area and found I have about 7 things to finish. I only got rid of one because I no longer have the time or inclination to work on it. Seven is doable for me and I will be starting on the first one tomorrow. Not feeling the greatest today so we will see how I do tomorrow.

Hope sure you feel better Denise! Seems the flu bug and a stomach bug is going around! :(

I finished one more utility apron today since the weather is still yucky!

You girls can do this. Love the aprons. Beautiful. I did join this group in 2017, and it really inspired me to get those ufo's finished. Which i did. I was able to keep up with finishing everything last year, and hopefully this year as well. Good luck. Sorry Marie i don't have to join, lol yet. hahahaha

Good job Dianna. I marked you with one finish. Denise - cleaning out a sewing room is considered a UFO. Congratulations on getting that done. I marked you with on finish.

I have been making cards lately. Trying to get a supply made for the year. I did get my card making supplies organized and have a bag of things i have not used. So that will be sold or donated. And our biggest ufo is our house. Hoping my husband will finish the trim in our bedroom, so we can move back upstairs. Then it will be decorating, and organizing my craft room. I look forward to that. Happy crafting everyone.
