Ah Ruthie... an early riser! My cat tries to get me up early, he really does. I cover my head with my quilt. He stands on my head and MEOWS!!! Loudly in my ear. It’s not like his food dish is empty since he’s a self feeder. Funny kitty!! ^-^

Welcome aboard.. I’m looking forward to our Great Cards this year!!

Nice sale on TechniqueTuesday.com .....if you’re just starting out in card making or like to decorate your calendars, this is a nice site.
I would not normally mention a vendor... except these items were soo cute . And reasonably cheap on sale. 3 Days only.
Hope I’m not violating any policy.
Mary

Mary, once I had a bob tailed kitty. I was trying to finish college and my son was three years old. We had a wind up alarm clock. Just before it began to ring it would click. I guess that click activated kitty. He would sit on my chest and pat my face with his paws until he got me awake, so I would stop the big loud noise. Then he would jump off the bed and run to the kitchen. I would follow and take his can of food from the cabinet, get the can opener, and before I could get the can open he would nip my heel, because I was too slow! But I loved my bob tailed kitty.

Love Bob tailed kitties. I had one named BOB....such a creative name. He was so cute and I had him for a year or so..
All was well with him and my older kitties. They would Run and wrestle and play chase. After a while I noticed the play was getting rougher. Bob was challenging my older kitty for head cat. Then a bob got nasty and ruined 50 sq feet of my rug... Needless to say his next home allowed him a safe place to be outside ( our street was too busy for kitties to live long). But loved that silly Bob cat.

Had has a bob tailed cat, about four years old, a beautiful calico. Thankfully she was fixed early on. She is an outside kitty, but she and KeeKee are closed up in The well house every night. They come willingly because they get their dinner there. Both are such sweet kitties, I can pet them and even pick them up!

Awww. My old Yellow cat is part Siamese. He talks a lot. And expects the tub faucet dripped first thing in the morning for water. He comes to get me when he takes his nap so I’ll pet him for a bit. Getting old, but a precious member of the family.

He sounds like a character. Sort of like our Mr. Twister. When he realized there were three cats outside who got canned food, from Bapa, for their supper, he begged for some too. Then I made the mistake of buying some flat cans of salmon pate' for him. I guess He saw me put them in the cabinet, because every time I come to the kitchen there he is meowing for canned food.

I would like to join. This swap is new to me so all I need to do is make a winter theme card for January?

Put your hair up in a bun, drink some coffee and handle it.

Hi Joan... Each month has a Theme, and we can make, buy, use photos on cards, etc. to create a card for EACH person who signs up.

The number of participants varies each month. At the end of the sign up period I will send everyone the names and address of all participants.
You would then send a card to EACH person.

So, if you would like to join us this month, please send me your name and address.
Click on my name in the margin block and it should take you to a page where you can email me. I hope that helps.
We would love to have you!!!
Mary

I always tell people that Bobtails are smarter because they have no tail!!!
I love to watch them run...or sorta hop like a bunny! Funny and cute.
