Isn't she cute? I found her at the thrift store. She has a china face and china hands and feet and that pretty little dress and hat. The little quilted pieces in the chair were given to me by a farm girl that was on here years ago. She made the nicest things.

Nancy she is so sweet as us the little quilt piece. She is displayed so sweetly in the yellow rocking chair.

Nancy, such a pretty picture. I have missed your vignettes! One of the first things I would look for when I signed in...something to make me smile..always.

Nancy, that is A Bye-lo Baby. From your picture she looks porcelain. I painted many of them in the 1970's For a doll shop who took custom orders. Ours were porcelain. Another lady made their clothes. The dress pattern is the same one we used. She is beautiful! They can be valued from $35.00 to thousands of dollars for ones hand made in Germany

Nancy Jo, What a find! If that is a Bye Lo baby as Connie says it can be worth anywhere from 200-600 dollars. The bisque are more rare than the porcelain. Porcelain is a bit shinier. Regardless, she is a beautiful doll and such nice quilted pieces. Love when you share!
