Some times , ya just gotta make a batch of 'sweet biscuits' (scones) and savor a lovely cup of tea...
oh sure, I could be cleaning house,,, or...
watching a silly show on the Tele... or...
tidying up in my sewing room,,, or..
put on my favorite CD, pull out a magazine and just enjoy a quiet moment for my self..
(oh, and yes, those are choco chips in my scones)

Grace, all those other things are over rated! I would much rather have some scones, tea, and some quite. Especially the quite lol! Enjoy one for me.

With those Scones of yours! ~ Just to update you, I got a cash offer on My Family
Home in Spokane...With no Inspection! In 5 days it closed
And the $ was in the Bank! I saw God totally Orchestrate
The whole thing and just in the nick of time! I was worried about the cold
Weather coming....So, I Praise God for The Huge Blessing!

Peggy,, awesome news about the sale of your home... The housing market is booming like crazy over here!
When we 1st moved here in 2007, the market was stagnant,, when we sold in 2013 we did well,, but when we moved back here in 3017, we saw the housing prices had edged up,, I think we got luck to by our acreage,, because barely a year later and I don't think we would have been able to buy this ranch.. that's how crazy the market is.
Congrats again on the sale.
oh & fyi,, I will have to check out 'Fig Tea'.

Grace...Blackberry Fig Tea is right across the River in Portland. The company name is The Jasmine Pearl Tea Co. It is Wonderful Tea!
You can order it on line!
The Home Prices in Spokane are so low compared to here in Vancouver/Portland Market. My Family Home would have sold for 325-375 here and
I got a little less than half of that for it. But I ended up doing alright on it...as it needed some TLC.
Well, so happy that you got a good deal on your Farm. The Market in Spokane seems to fluctuate a lot compared to ours here. But I didn't have to
use a Realtor so that saved me money and I was happy it all went well and sold fast...to just the right people.
Let me know if you try some of the Fig Tea.
