Oh, Marilou! Your package arrived yesterday (the second one you sent), and I am absolutely delighted! I never saw such an interesting and creative journal in all my life. Did you come up with that way of mixing up papers and creating pockets, or were you inspired by other journal makers? And to have stitched it yourself, too!- that's something I have wanted to learn for some time now. It doesn't look hard, just haven't gotten around to it... And you were SO generous with all the extras- love that piece that says, "It's finally fall!" Thank you very much. I shall be enjoying my journal and finding art projects to incorporate the ephemerals into for some time to come.
I'm so happy this one reached you and that you like it! I had the idea of this journal after I saw a youtube video were the lady made a cover and added writing paper. I decided to add a bit to it seeing as I have a lot of papers and love pockets! There should be some everywhere! I'm happy you enjoy the extras too.
