One of my favorite things when I was in my teen years was to send letters by mail and receive letters back. Most of my friends are so busy and stressed from this new age of technology that they don't have time to write letters anymore.

I'm trying to break that cycle and get my friends back in the habit of writing letters or sending a card in the mail.

Hey Marsha,, I remember having Penpals as a kid... then I got married, became a mommy, went to work,, yada yada yasa...
I don't hand write letters as I have the WORST penmanship,, but I do love sending note cards.

Letter writing has become a lost art form... and now that some schools are not even focusing on cursive writing,, todays generation will never experience the delight of sending and receiving letters....

I did a blog post about that topic you mentioned after seeing a TV report that they stopped teaching cursive writing in schools.
I think we farm girls should all do a blog post and link to each others post and blast it on social media. lol
