I made these super cute pink owl cupcakes over the weekend for a party! My first time decorating more than just icing. I have to give credit to Jamie "AuntJamelle" for sending me in this direction. Thank you Jamie for being such an awesome inspiration!

MaryJane-They were for a baby shower my mom threw for me! There was only 2 cupcakes left over after the baby shower!

Krista...I was just looking back over things people had posted. These cupcakes are adorable!!! I think they would be so cute for a Fall school party or any get together for the Fall season!!!

These are the cutest cupcakes I have ever seen. Rock on Krista! If I wasn't so old and lazy I would make these in an instant. How I long for youth and enthusiasm. About all I care to do is go to the garden and pick supper and get it on the table. When supper is over and the dishes done and all the animals put to bed I am at peace for the day. But I do digress---those cupcakes are the greatest.

Krista---I would like to try these for our fall fest my husband have each year---It is only us and is our anniversary. He would love these. I see that you make cupcakes and use oreos for the eyes---is that an m&m for the pupil? I can't figure out the nose though--a peanut? Let me know and I will try and we will share with the dog pack as they are our only guests---LOL.

Barbara, the eyes and nose are actually Resses Pieces. I just picked out the black and orange ones, but an M&M would work just as good! I'm so excited to hear that you will be trying them. Please share a picture with me once you finish them! And I bet the dog pack will love them just as much as you two.
