Just made this last night, and we have already eaten half. So simple. 3 cups fruit(I used frozen blueberries) 3 TBL chia seeds. Mix together. Refrigerate overnight, and it sets up to a beautiful consistency. You can add a bit of honey or maple syrup if you please, but my palette does not go for sweets, so this was perfect. Tried to get some pics, not the best, but this is SOO good for small batches. Had to share. Should keep in the fridge a few weeks.

Berries were on sale yesterday so I bought one small pkg of raspberries - 1 1/2 cups. Used 1 Tbsp of chai seeds and 3 tsp raw sugar. Set up good. I don't eat jams like I used to so 1 1/2 cups will last me for a couple of weeks.
