Peanut Butter fudge with only two ingredients. Open a fresh jar of vanilla frosting and remove the lid and seal. Nuke it for one minite. Pour it carefully into a medium to large dish. Nuke the jar of P.B. the same and pour it into the frosting. Mix well and pour into a square pan. Chill for an hour. Cut into little squares. Enjoy!

Here is another easy recipe.
Chocolate Fudge. Break up chocolate bar in microwave safe dish and nuke for 1 minute. Pour sweet condensed milk into melted chocolate and mix well. Pour into square pan and chill an hour. If you are making it for a friend. Put foil over pan and label it as tuna casserole. This might work to keep children(the ones you raised and the one you married) out of it but it probably won't work. My hubby knows I don't make tuna casserole. I have to threaten him with a real tuna casserole.

Both are so easy to make.

Nancy, those sounds so yummy and super easy. I want to try the chocolate fudge. I just need to go get me one of those giant chocolate bars!

I love mint chocolate. Have you ever added mint to it?
