My beautiful rooster disappeared sometime last evening. He was in the yard when we left to go to my great niece's wedding last evening. This morning he wasn't in the coop.
We got back late last night and I just shut the door and gate, I didn't turn on a light and count.
We went looking for evidence of what happened to him and we saw a bald eagle soaring above the field behind the house. Pretty sure he got swept up without knowing what was happening.
