Dear Farmgirl Friends, Your kindness and concern for me has been overwhelming!! I have treasured every card and feel so humbled when I receive the sweet words of encouragement! I am feeling some better but still weak. I had no point of reference as to how to feel after having kidney failure, sepsis, and ketoacidosis, and an UTI. I was in ICU and was so toxic, I didn't know my name!! That was weird!! I am getting multiple blood works and have some numbness in my hands and feet from the sepsis. I am hoping with therapy that will get better. God is good and does things in His time! My DH had his surgery while I was in the hospital. He seems to be doing better this time Hopefully he will have the replacement knee in by December and that will end his 2 year ordeal. We are thankful....we know it can always be worse!! Thank you again sweet farmgirls for all your care and concern. Hopefully, it won't be long till I can do participate more on MJF!
