I will be making Mulberry jam during the upcoming 2 weeks, if anyone is interested in bartering let me know. It will give me an idea of how many batches I should make. I use the chill over powder as my thickener and of course some sugar.

I will love to barter with you ladies. I am going to shake the Mulberry tree on either Friday or Saturday, I will gladly keep you posted on the progress! It's a fun time and I like making it, actually anything that I can put up is fun work. Cheese great! Honest I am up to whatever, I just am excited to be able to share. Does anyone know of persons with live scoobies? I killed mine some time ago and honestly am just looking at having the chance to try making some again .

I went Mulberry picking several times, ran out of time to turn it straight into jam, so frozen they are. Waiting for a breather as I just left a position that was way demanding , then the wild black raspberries came on.. so picked and froze those, made some raspberry juice. Thought ok now jam making time.. cucumbers , red beets, corn, oh and now green beans. I love to garden and forage but I need to catch my wind! I will let you know what day the berries make it to the pot. Loll, then you can tell me if your still interested. With the blessings of the black raspberries I will be making some of those into jam also, so tasty even with all those seeds.

danyel, I would love to swap for one of each of your jams. I would like to see how the chill o powder works before I buy some and I love jam so it is a plus for me. Truely what kind of things would you like. Do y ou quilt, or sew or knit or crochet or anything I could swap you for? thank you
