I received a post card today from Marlene. It shows farm land with corn everywhere, tall corn. Thank you.
I also received a card from Ginger. It shows the River Walk in San Antonio. Who doesn't love the river walk. It is beautiful and very busy. Thank you Ginger. Do you think you will ever move back to Texas?

Today I received postcards from Ginger and Marlene. Love these postcards!
And I already know what my postcards will be next year. Haven't bought them yet, but I know what I want to find or make. LOL!

Linda I live north and very close to the Canada border. The town you would probably find the easiest is Houlton on the Eastern side of Maine in Aroostook county.

Hi Darlene, I received your postcard, the beach is my happy plac,e too! I remember driving to the coast all by myself in my single days, just to hang out and put my toes in the sand, I's sit there for hours just watching and listening to the ocean, then shop a few shops and drive back home. Always made for a happy heart!

I have received several postcards. They have really given my days a lift as I am down with vertigo. In front of me I have Marlene, Lindsay, Becky and Dawn. I think I have a couple upstairs too. Thank you for giving me something to look forward to.

So sorry to hear about your vertigo. My doctor prescrbed PT for Vertigo when I'd had it for quite a while, and it worked. I no longer have the vertigo I'd been experiencing for months. Have you done the Epley maneuvers? They are very easy to do at home. The first time I did it, I was pretty dizzy at each movement. The second time I had little-to-no dizziness. Then he had me start on the left side of the table/bed and do it i reverse. I had to do them at home 2-3 times a day for 2 days, and I had no dizziness at home.
Here is a link to a handout similar to what he did with me. The differences I did were:
1. I moved from sitting position to on my side with head at 45 degree angle
2. When turning my head, he had me also stop in the middle position instead of going just from one side to the other.

I actually have done the Epley maneuver. It is why I am sitting up today :). I didn't realize it can be done more often as the video says do it then hold the head pretty steady (don't look down) the rest of the day. It is my left ear, I have pressure in it this morning. I appreciate the help. I have had it so bad I had it for months. This episode wasn't full blown but still two days of feeling bad. I still don't feel right so I will try it again. Thanks!!!

I have all postcards ready but will send out July 10th...so that the holidays will pass and you will have something to break those hot summer lazy days up, k??? I've received Linda's ( the first one and I LOVED Prague!!! I went there a LOT during our time in Europe Linda and I too loved it!!!) then Marlene's from Iowa (VERY PRETTY) and Ginger's from Pittsburgh (I've never been there!! :( ) and Becky's from Maine ( would LOVE love to go visit fall) and Darlene's beach scene! ( Darlene you would love our beaches here, crystal blue scope like water where you SEE the mana rays swimming about!!!) THANK you ladies!!!! SO fun!!! I thought about saving ALL the different post cards and decoupaging a side table for my craft room! how cool would THAT be???? :o
