I am taking a stay-cation next week and I plan to spiff up my craft area. My craft/sewing area is in the basement. I am thinking of maybe moving it closer to the small basement window. I am not a fan of the basement, I love the sunshine and outdoors.

So farmgirls.....give me all your best tips and tricks for craft/sewing organization. I have, sewing, stamping, paper, fabric and a big ol' mess! So I need your ideas.

I will take some before's and afters, promise.

I agree with you Bridge about needing to be near natural light Deborah about pinterest for ideas. But don't forget the original pinterest Google Image search. Try "basement craft room" and you will get a lot of different ideas.
