Ok only you folks here will appreciate this-I had to go to town to buy MORE yarn for a UFO-I thought I had enough ruffle yarn to make the purse but it takes more than I thought. I am using yarn I already have, but needed two more skeins to make it work. This UFO is going on the needles tonight. Also, I have dug out all the eyelash yarn for my bear project and found another project that will take some of the eyelash yarn-I have a LOT of this stuff for some reason! Headed to my daughter' s (SobyN) on Wednesday for grandma duty so trying to get a craft bag packed for the trip.

YAY! Lenora congratulations on finishing two more UFOs. It really does feel so good.

Sylvia - I totally understand. It is amazing that you got out of the store without buying anything else that you didn't absolutely need. I can never do that.

I was just thinking about making a list of UFOs in my Bullet Journal (which is a UFO of it's own), so this is perfect. Now to take the time to make the list. Oh and I thinking making curtains for my office should be high on that list as I sit her squinting from the sunlight pouring right in and hitting me in the face. I'm warm and cozy, but it's too bright!

Audra, welcome to the UFO Finishers club. I believe knowing which UFOs one has to do and setting up priorities is the first step to completing them. Congratulation on taking the first step.

I finally finished my first UFO! Last night I finished a pair of slippers I have been wanting to make. I love how they turned out and they keep my feet nice and toasty.

The more I move things in my sewing room, the more UFOs I'm finding. I made a lap quilt and a table runner for my new SIL and daughter, Christmas stuff. I mean Christmas 2015. My basement had flooded, my sewing supplies were packed up and in storage while insurance co and flooring people decided the claim. It all took 5 months. I felt so bad finding these very late Christmas gifts, so I made backings, cut batting and the lap quilt is next on the quilting machine. I am having two chapter members come over Saturday to work on their UFOs. Sunday I'll tackle the quilting. My UFOs are getting done! I'll send photos of the finished baby quilt. Such a cute interrupter! I did decide to completely clean up the sewing room and no doubt, the UFOs will increase. :) Off to bed...

Krista, love the slippers.

I moved all my crafting things up to one of the extra bedrooms and started arranging it into a workable craft room. I found the lighting wasn't great when I was working on a swap. I'll have to see if moving the working space is necessary or if I will have to get other lighting. The bed stand light won't hold a large bulb so a newer light will probably do the trick. I have to go through the cardboard recycling trailer at work and get some boxes that I can cover for storage. I have a nice bookcase in that room. I had a lot of help from my two kittens. They enjoyed exploring all the places because the door had been kept closed except when there was company.

These are lovely Michele. Shall I count this as one project for the nativity or four projects, one for each animal?
