While clearing out the vegetable plants from the garden I discovered quite a few peppers (Anaheim, Jalapeno, Poblano and Serrano) hiding on the plants that I decided to make a mild pepper sauce that is fermenting until this weekend. I am following a recipe, but I have never done this before and don't know what to expect.
