So basically it's 9 small decorated cards? Do you cut your own cards? And then we include surprises in each one? Are they flat or do they open to writing inside? Just want to make sure I'm understanding!

Usually the front/back is one picture that is cut into the 9 sections... then on the other side are individually decorated with little trinkets in it... think colorful paperclips, ribbon, scrapbooking supplies teas, lotions, etc. Then in one of the nine pockets is also a letter. So it is both a letter... and a swap...

I will try :D A pocket letter is taking a pocket sheet - the ones you usually use for trading cards, or putting business cards in, so it's plastic and has a 3 hole punch on the left. Inside each square, you put some paper and embellishments/trinkets/tucks. You can be really creative - what makes it a letter is that at least one square will have a letter tucked in it. Or, you can get creative and write your letter on each square directly, or on the back...whatever you'd like! Really, it's just one fancy letter with all the bells and whistles you can think of!

I think I got it! It could be fun. It will take me some time to plan it out! Ha ha. Would we do a theme? That may make it easier. For whatever we choose to do I think we need a deadline. I work better with deadlines!

Been busy! This weekend looks like I'll get a little break in the ol' social calendar, so I'm planning to get some yard stuff in order. I think it's fiiiiinally time to plant some hydrangeas out front. Surely by now they have them in stock at the nursery.

Sounds like fun! I was supposed to work Saturday but my boss called me and say he scheduled too many people so I can take tomorrow off. I'm now planning on helping my mom sell some of our chickens at a chicken swap tomorrow!
