I purchased a copy of the August/September MaryJanesFarm magazine, purchased a copy of MaryJane's Ideabook, Cookbook, Lifebook and a copy of MaryJane's Stitching Room. I'm ready to begin a simpler lifestyle for myself and my family on our small 1/2 acre paradise in Bucks County, PA! Next up, joining the Sisterhood! Grandma used to grow a bountiful garden, raspberry brambles and fruit trees in the same 1/2 acre. I want to bring it back to the way it was, when I was a child. Life has gotten too crazy nowadays. I hope to find many ideas from everyone in the Farmgirl Connection forum. Thank you for sharing your lifestyle with me.

Welcome, Milessa. To live on your grandmother's place and garden where she did has got to be a wonderful experience. Is it the same house? I love old houses.

Looking forward to hearing more as you bring your 1/2 acre back to life.

Welcome Milessa---MaryJanes place is the most fun place to be. Good for you for wanting to bring Gramma's place to how you remember.
As MaryJane says--"Farmgirl is a condition of the heart". So true.

Welcome, Melissa. I am just a couple of counties away, down in rural Southern Chester County. So glad you found us on the farm -- the sisterhood is a wonderful resource for life. Live it how you choose.

Melissa: How lucky of you to be able to live on your grandmother's property. It sounds like you will make it again like a place to remember.
