Hey Girls!
TOMORROW IS OUR FARM GIRL SISTERHOOD DAY OF PRAYER FRIDAY OCTOBER 17TH!!!
Our Fall 2014 Farm Girl Sisterhood Day of Prayer:)will be on Friday...October 17th...We had an overwhelming response to our Day of Prayer last year... Prayerfully...we will have even more farm girls to join us this year
I am asking that each of you who believe in the "power of prayer" sign up to show your commitment to pray for all the farm girls in the sisterhood...the needs of our families...and our nation...
If you have specific prayer requests please post them on here if you feel led to do so...
Please email me your address when you sign up...
Lets make this a wonderful day where we join together as a whole...trust the Lord to hear our prayers...see needs met and prayers answered...
The Lord has moved in miraculous ways in the past year...we have witnessed that here on the MJF site...
I look forward to watching our list of prayer warriors grow each day!!!

Hi Judy,
Please count me in on this and I would like to put my daughter and her husband on the list for prayer to become saved. my daughter is but her husband isnt sure and she isn't strong enough to bring him to believe and that means my baby granddaughters won't be taught about God and Jesus unless the parents do.

I would love to join also, Judy. I would like to bring forward a prayer request for my dad, and my mom. As a quick background, my parents were married for 26 years. They're marriage had every appearance of being perfect. They were both great parents and I was very close to my father. 4 years ago we all found out that he'd been having various affairs for about 10 years. It took a couple years, but they were divorced eventually. There will be no reconciliation for them, and that's not what I would ask you to pray for. As two separate requests, I'm asking that 1) my dad would get his heart right and come back to God - I talk to him briefly here and there, he comes to visit maybe twice a year but he's very stand-offish and our history is just not that way. The fact that he is not willing to volunteer any information about the way he lives now, leads me to believe it's pretty bad. 2) For my mom to also come back to God, but also for a sense of peace for her - She's having a rough time, and has been for years. I know a healing process like this takes a long time, but right now she's in a state of denial about certain things, mostly involving finances. I know the root of this is her depression over everything that's happened. It's all too overwhelming for her so she ignores it. It goes without saying, this only leads to further problems. I feel horrible for her. I'm the oldest child, and I'm a state away, so I can't even physically help her.
Anyway I did not mean to write a book, but I would appreciate the prayers for them. Also, I would just like to say that I think becoming active on this forum has helped my prayer life immensely, and I thank God for that. It's a beautiful gift from God to have an active prayer community. Thanks to you all :)

Thanks Erin...Sara...Connie...Heather...Emily and Lori for joining us for the Day of Prayer...Erin...I am so sorry that your mom and dad have had and still do have so much difficulty...but there is no better place to leave their problems than here on the prayer forum for all the believing farm girls to join you in prayer for healing for both of them...
I would ask that each of you add these prayer requests to your prayer journals and remember them every time you take your needs before the Lord...This is already blessing my heart girls...I just pray that we have an overwhelming response again this year of farm girls to join us in prayer:):):)

Yep,
I add your names to my journal as you add them here. Many blessings to you all. If you don't have a journal then you should really try it. A notebook is all you really need. I have an journal that was sitting around doing nothing which has become my prayer journal. Once you are added you remain there forever and therefore you are forever receiving my prayers for you.

Judy,
You can count on me again! Son-in-law just lost his job, prayers for job, for him and for my daughter! Prayers for my disabled son, who had to move to a new host home with new caregivers, don't know if it's permanent. Prayers for my continued progress with health challenges, for my hubby and me as we go through all of this together.
