The red boy with the blue harness is Alvin, my new foster dog. He joins Teddy, the wire haired dachshund in foster care. I've been fostering for a year, and these are my 9th & 10th dogs. Many people say that they couldn't do it, but I love knowing that they are beginning a new and better life. I couldn't do it without help from my human family and my Oskar Meyer, who welcomes each dog in and shows them the ropes.

This is my little foster girl Angel. She is being adopted tomorrow. I sent this picture to her future mommy, who loved it. The sled is from our life Up North I just thought the dogs would look cute posed on it.

I love looking at pet photos! So much personality! I'm including photos of our dog, Miss BB Chatham, BB for short with our bunny, Pat
and Crabby Abby, our cat.

This is my latest foster, Cyber. He didn't know at the time that he was getting fixed. Now he's bumping around the house with a cone on his head.

I will be running a doggie gym this year. Alvin, in the back, needs to lose 5 lbs., and Asher in the front needs to lose 10 lbs. A little bit of exercise won't hurt me, either.

This is Pete, he is 2 1/2 years old, I have had him since he was one week old. He is getting his big tail feathers in now. He is quite handsome with them all out, I just had to show him off. Hugs Karla

This is the latest picture of Asher, my "Biggest Loser" foster. He hopped out the doggie door and did his business outside, so when we went to Petsmart, I bought him a squeaky toy. He is on good diet dog food, and goes for a walk every day . He has taken on the role of "who are you and what are you doing here" guard dog in our home.

This is my pet cow. Her name is Summer Girl. She comes when you call her name. I raised her from a 25lb premature baby. Our beef cattle that we raise when born normally weigh 100 lbs. She was bottle fed and lived in the house for a little bit until my husband said "honey we need to do something different" lol.

I went back to page one and looked at all the photos they
were fun!! got some super good ones on there!
I loved the issue of magazine that had pet pictures was
one of my favorite pages to look through.
I am hunting for a couple good ones not sure where I put them?
may just take some new ones working on the shutterbug badge
now anyway.

I don't know what it is about my cat Abby, but she LOVES water. She will get her whole face wet to get a drinks.
